Malmgren is president of Malmgren, Inc., an economic and management consulting firm, and adjunct professor of economics at Georgetown University, From 1972 to 1975,l Dr. Malmgren was Deputy Special Trade Representative for Negotiations; in this capacity, he chaired the White House committee that drafted the Trade Act of 1974.
