Treatment of research consisted of two factors with one control. The field method used the structured pot in and it was arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design with three replications. First factor was time to put in Cholchisin: 3 hours, 6 hours, and 9 hours. The Second one was Cholchisin at several concentration 0,01 %, 0,02 %, and 0,03 %. The result indicated that there is interaction between put in and concentration of cholchisin a bar diametre, flower size, thick of sepal and labellum and sum of the chromosome.
