The cutting method was using cooling media and non cooling media. The tool's wear was studied using Scanning Electron Microscope after they were used to cut the specimen in 30 minutes and the surface quality was measured using surface roughness tester. It was found that if all of the tools, micro cracking was the main wear mechanism on all sample. Crack on the tip of the tool was found on the down milling and abrasive wear was dominan on the up milling.
