Residential mortgage lending becomes a funding option for housing sector because of such reason as, in one hand, many people living in cities and urban areas require more residentials than that of rural citizens, consequently housing development in the city and urban area have grown rapidly. In the other hand, in order to fulfil the need of housing afordable for people with low and medium income, source of financing required by developer is very limited by bank loan known as "home-ownership loan" (KPR). Source financing limitedness of housing development primarily for medium and low income classes has become serious obstacle for housing development afo classes rdable for their income.
