Isi artikelIn Indonesia house-financing is potentially very promising which proven by thousands of housing sold in one day at every promotion event held by housing-developer, it is likely selling a "roasted peanut" even the price of house sold each unit is up to a billion IDR. Distribution of loan in housing sector has been known as "Kredit Pemilikan Rumah" (KPR). This financing model seems unreachable to all level community, therefore in effort to prepare funding for housing development effectively and efficiently government should arrange regulation of secondary mortgage. Policy for secondary mortgage which are proper and achievable for many community levels are very urgent with regard to the limitedness of banking institution which providing its loan to mortgage sector.
