Jonathan Aylen is CAMPUS senior lecturer in the Department of Economics at the UNiversity of Salford in Britain. Mr. Aylen has served as a consultant on trade and productivity issues to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the International Labor Office in Geneva, Switzerland.
