This research studies about influence of investment knowledge toward interest of accounting university student in Palembang to invest at Capital Market. The purpose of this research is to porve whether investment knowledge influence the interest of accounting university student in Palembang to invest at Capital Market. To collect data, this research use questionnaire metode. This questionnaire has been examined for its validity and reliability using product moment correlation metode and Cronbach's Alpha metode. To analyze data, this research use simple linear regression metode. From the result, this researc conclude that investment knowledge influence the interest of accounting University student to invest at Capital Market. The results are expected to give input to university students, to investors or potential investors, to university management, and to security company or Capital Market Information Centre to give more information about capital market to them.
