Isi artikelAlthough accidents often fall on planes of low cost carrier (LCC), quantity of passengers go up 20% per years. It's enough to attract researched, specially is consumer's attitude to planes of low cost carrier (LCC). To remember that attitude is characterized by multi dimension, therefore this approach of research is characterized by multi attribute. First, we search attribute of consumer's attitude to planes. In this research, we get seven attributes. They are flight safety, ticket's price, plane's condition, on time of plane's come and go, easy to get ticket, facilities, and services. Afterwards, these seven attributes are used to components in consumer's attitude research of Fishbein's model. Here, we add two general attitudes. They are "like" and "interest". We use them to read output of consumer's attitude research of Fishbein's model. In this second research, we get that consumer's attitude, average, "neutral (usual) tend positive (good, like, interest)" to planes of low cost carrier (LCC). This reality is fresh wind for flight companies of low cost carrier (LCC). They must use this situation to heighten their quality, both actual quality and quality impression.
