Analysis of working frequency neede for optimalizing the HF radio communications network in East kalimantan government agencies. Telecommunications and Code Agency of the East Kalimantan ask LAPAN to give the working frequency reference for their network. result of the analysis by using frequency prediction for all of the communications cicuit are four frequency allocations that can be used for East kalimantan HF radio communications network. Analysis makes for January to December, for the low, medium and high solar activities, and after adjusting with the frequency allocations table. As the majority use of communications in government agencies is on the working time, two allocations suggested are between 4000 to 4063 MHz and 6765 MHz to 7000 MHz.
