Isi artikelThe goal of this study is to identify factors that influence lecturers' intention to adopt e-learning technology. This research attempts to investigate whether perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence behavioral intention in using e-learning and investigate gender as modeating variable. Perseived usefulness is the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would enhance his or her job performance. Perceived ease of use is the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would be free of effort. The population in this research is all lecturers at Faculty of Economics Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta. There are 43 lecturers. This research proves that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence behavioral intention. The result support hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2. Other result showed that gebnder did not moderate the relationship between perceived usefulness and behavior intention, as well as the relationship between perceived ease of use and behavior intention. Thus the result did not support hypothesis 3 and hypothesis 4. (Upload Full-Text_Ali_Desember 2023)
