Recently, the perspective of learning that is introduced by Resource Based View paradigm is more and more applied. In this paper, we intend to analyze IJVs in the perspective of learning. In Indonesian context, this perspective is important because of the critical role of foreign investment. Converging with the privatization and divestment of some asset of banking sector, as well as state-owned enterprises, the learning process of strategic alliance is more critical.
