The author notes that many new schools, varying in quality and curriculums, have been founded in recent years to meet the demand for a master's degree in the business field. Dr. McCan , the founder ad former president of Dag Hammarskjold College in Columbia, Matyland, is currently working as educational consultant at the U.S. Agency for International Development on a program sponsored jointly by the Nigerian government and A.I.D., which is bringing a larrge number of students in technical studies to the United States from Nigeria. He subsequently received a doctorate degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1955, and in 1963-65, was engaged in post-doctoral study in educational philosophy, international relations and cultural anthropology at Harvard University.
