Bruce Bartlett was recently appointed the first E.L. Wiegand Fellow in Economic Policy Studies with the Heritage Foundation, a private Washington, D.C., research organization. From 1982-1984, Mr. Bartlett served as staff director of the Joint Economic Committee of the United States Congress. His books include The Supply-side Solution and Reagonomics: Supply-side in Action.
