The delivery of that financial note is very much awaited by all circles of the community, because this constitutes the picture on the development direction in the coming year. Before the delivery of that financial note, the community, especially the circles of the business world, was feeling slightly worried, because at the end of 1993 the petroleum price indicated a drastic decline and there were no signs that it would increase again. The declining in the petroleum price was as much as US$1, this means Indonesia shall suffer a loss of about Rp 600 billion income from the oil export.
