Isi artikel
The following discussions on the change in structural concepts in the development policy of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank as the major international development institution. If the World Bank and IMF are nevertheless mentioned in the same context, this is simply because both institutions co-operate very closely in lending the third world, because in seeking new tasks after 1973 the IMF has increasingly taken on the role of a develpment bank (Schuller 1988:221) and because both institutions participate in the drafting and monitoring of development pojects.
