Romance Bedding & Furniture is a manufacturing company that produces consumer goods with spring bed as its main product. PT. Romance Bedding & Furniture needs a strategic manajement instrument that not only focuses at the short term financial objective but is also able to determine the indicators that drive long term financial performance.In this observation, the design of the Balanced Scorecard method is used to the determine the strategic objectives of the company and their relationship in driving the long term financial objective. Meanwhile, measuring the performance of the company is done to perceive the performance of the company at those four perspectives and entirely. Design the Balanced Scorecard method is initiated by translating the vision, mission and values of the company into general objectives which are broken down with the company’s strategies into strategic objectives along with their indicators and targets. Then those targets are compared with each of their accomplishments to obtain the performance score of each perspective. Next in weighing which is done using the Pairwise Comparison. Weighing is done to identify the contribution of each strategic objective to other objectives it drives. The performance score of each strategic objective in every perspective in then multiplied by the wight to obtain the performance score of every perspective. The performance score of each financial, costumer, internal business process and learning and growth is 3.5; 4; 4.053; 4 which mean good. The company considers the four perspectives to have equal weights in driving entire company’s performance.Thus, the performance score of PT. Romance Bedding & Furniture is 3.89 which means good.
