Character Building (CB) is one of subject which is taught to every direction in environment of Bina Nusantara University which tries to make their graduate not only have a smart but also have moral and good character. the sample taken as much 100 semester student respondent 1-9, to 4 group (CBI/ CBII/CBIII/ CBIV), consisted of Sistem Information majors, Double Majors SI-AK (Information System and Acountancy) and SI-MN (information System and Management). the result of this research shows the influence of effectiveness from studying CB in biggest class there is at student in semester 5-6 equal to 30%, while which the lowest there is at student semester 1-2 equal to 12%.
