Certification is a awarding of education certificate for teacher. Every teacher must have educating certificate by means of portofolio assessment and fulfill the determined-score or whom doesn't reach the determines-score must follow training and education program of teacher's profession. The aims of this paper are (1) for decision makers of education can motivate teachers to develop their profession and give rewards agree with responsibility assignment in opus with they have done (2) for teachers know the components of scientific paper so they understand to do the interest-research based on their ability.
