The purpose of the research is to know the compatibity of lesson plans with the learning process in the class done by the teacher, teacher's activity in learning process and student's response to the learning process. The subject of this research is six mathematics teachers from three schools, two teachers from SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh, two teachers from SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh and two teachers from SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.
