The production unit program is one activitys to give skills in fulfillment of the work field. The title of this study is Relationship of production Unit Program with Increasing of Work skills at SMKN 3 Banda Aceh. The purpose of this research is to know the activities of production unit programs. The method applied on this study is descriptive analysis by using a qualitative approach. The instruments used are the headmaster, the head of school production promotion unit, marketing sectionm finance section, the chairman and supervisors from each departement.
