Acid sulphate soils in South Kalimantan have been reclaimed using fork system drainage construction for low tidal swamp agriculture development. Howeverm after thirty years of application the system have shown no improvement. There is an indication that the farther away from the Barito River, the soil productivity is poorer. the soils could be likely segmented into several soil segments, whereas soil management treated by the same way.
