Due to the limited number of employment opportunities in any job field and a great number of graduates of the Departement of Economy of FKIP, will give its own impact toward recruitment of the employment oportunities. The data shows that by using a descriptive method, it can be seen that the number of graduates of the Departement of Economy has been by many schools, junior high school and senior high school. the resulf of the research can be concluded that the Departement of Economy have fulfilled the passing standard as the government of Banjarbaru has been requited.
