It has been done the research about the effectiveness of leaflet M2E as media in solving students' misconception towards Biology and increasing SMP students' retention. The aims of this research were 1) to find out SMP 24 students misconception and its changing in learning physiology (2) to know the efefctiveness of M2E and Cooperative learning in minimize misconception, and the using of leaflet as media in increasing students retention on Physiology subject comparing using conventional teaching.
