The study has been done about 372 respondents, to 25-40 years old women in Fast Banjarmasin district, to get informations about their sttitude and knowledge to tubectomy from their ages and formal education levels. The methode used cross sectional survey. The sample used stratified random sampling. The data was getting from quis, and analyzed through the percentage of attitude and knowledge from their and formal education levels, then chi-square test (x-test) and advance to contingency coefficient. The resume are : (1) no colleration between age and formal educations levels about tubectomy (2) thare is a very low colleration between ages and attitude about tubectomy (3) there is a very low colerration between ages and formal educations levels and knowledge about tubectomy (4) no colerration between formal educations levels and attitude about tubectomy.
