An electronic transaction becomes more attractive to draw attention of business actors and consumers. Efficientcy, speed and width coverage of the electronic transaction are prime appealing factors of this media. However in term of technical security, the electronic transaction is weak, even in Indonesia just begin to straighten up. Besides the weak of technical security, there is still uncertain legal warrant of an electronic transaction. Until now an electronic evidence tool has not firmly been accepted yet by legal authentication under our civil law. Aware of the weak of legal protection against an electronic transaction, the involving parties of electronic transaction based on the freedom of contract make an agreement concerning of authentication known as convention sur la prevue (France).
