As always happens when these aspects are taken into consideration, it is something that is done beginning with one's own experience, which im my case involves almost forty years as a religious and the present time being the representative of the Hospital Order of St. John of God, which has institutions in fifty countries of the five continent and almost three hunderd health care structures which the order is responsible.
