| What is the relationship between legal ethics and a just and equitable world, and what role should a legal education play in teaching legal ethics? The author surveys objections to the teaching of legal ethics, reviews approaches to teaching legal ethics in Singapore and other programmes in Asia, and concludes that a significant exposure to ethical issues should be included legal education in order to engender ethical awareness. |
