I then worked in Angola (1997) where I engaged in feasibility studies for health care projects in war zones for the CUAMM. Subsequently, in Tanzania (1998), I worked as a clinical specialist in infectious diseases in the paediatric ward of a rural hospital in the province of Iringa.
