This article argues that model B from the Panel is the most likely recommendation that represent all the aspiration from all states. However, it equally argues that this model will be succeeding if there is new arrangement of the usage of the veto rights. The article begins with the examination of the models recommendation from Panel. Then it will also compare to all the proposals from states regarding the Security Council’s reform. The role of developing countries, especially those that currently as the nonpermanent member of the Security Council, will be the main discussion because eventually they are the group that has significant voice in international politics. |
