The objective of this stidy is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), both before and after its acquisition. The data were analyzes by using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the EVA analysis indicate that GGRM has not accured added value after its acquisition.
