Dialogue between the job seeker and the employee who engages in vocational counseling and job introduction (hereinafter called "counselor") is fundamental at Japanese public employment agencies. Through dialogue, a job seeker's career path becomes clear. And as a job hunting process, the dialogue gets put into action in the from of job seekers searching for job offers or negotiating with recruiters.
