Isi artikelQuality Management (QM) is considered to be an important management philosophy that sustains the organizations in their effort towards continous quality improvement (QI) and customer satisfaction. The conventional wisdom is that quality improvement in organizations leads to higher revenues, decrease costs, and increase profits. The aim of the paper is to examine the association between the six critical soft factors (CSF) of quality improvement and performance in 255 E&E firms in Malaysia.
