Productivity drive is a national commitment in Indonesia now. Experiences from developed countries such as Japan show that high productivity constitutes ons of the competitive advantages in world market. As raising productivity requires evaluation, we need both macro and micro evaluation models for productivity to obtain data from the past and the present to be used as reference to increase production in the future.
