To apply a newly environmental technology in undeveloped villages, especially in Indonesia, needs some approaches. They are not easy to be run because of many problems which are not straighty able to have relations with the level of technology itself. Six crucial factors which must be considered for getting sucessgul results in any application of an appropriate technology, are community participation, environmental education, institutional coordination, financing system, law/regulation and environmental ethics. They all have to be parallels done andfinally will give many nice consequences to each other.
