Learning resources is one of important component in education. One of the important learning resources in medical and health science is audio visual especially video. Video production especially in medical and health has unique difficulty factor which is different from common video production. The difficulty itself comes from the terminology understanding and the ethic factor. The scenario writers beside have to know and understand the medical and health science, they also have to understand the technical things in video production. The minimal requirements that have to be fulfilled in scenario writing are camera language and script writing technique. The mastery of these factors can produce creative idea based which are based on the technical considerations. A good scenario will make the video production working well and in efficient time.
