Globalization forced nations to complete eacg others in order to hold a certain level of their people's well being. To make their product competitive the process of production should be managed effectively and efficiently. Any nation fails to do so their economy will be crushed by their competitor making them eventually out of the world market. In order to hold their position nation should train and educate manager so that the processof production can be well managed. The one who has the competence to educate this mangers and leaders of the country is university. That is why university should set up the new strategy for education both in class and in practice to meet the demand for competence managers.
