Isi artikelExegesis of Kant's writings on moral philosophy occupies a large part of many of the essays in Christine Korsgaard's collection, Creating the Kingdom of Ends. The book is all the richer because Korsgaard often turns her interpretations of Kant's views to systematic account. Sometimes, in fact, I find it hard to tell whether she is simply trying to give Kant the best argument his texts allow or whether she herself endorses these arguments. But Korsgaard makes enough clear commitments to Kantian views to allow us to assemble the main points of own version of a Kantian moral theory. In another work, The Sources of Normativity, she modifies somewhat the positions she seems to endorse in this one; but here I shall ignore that volume and take as Korsgaard's view what I think she presents as such in the collection of essays.
