Macro-ergonomics is a top-down socio technical system approach to the design of work system and the application of the overall work system design to the design of human-job, human-machine and human-software interfaces. Macro-ergonomics provide certain guiding principles to aid system harmonization. Frequently, in implementation process in industries, macro-ergonomics approach is integrated with micro-ergonomics programs. There are some models of integration of them. The problem is: which model is suitable for a certain industry. This paper introduces the macro-ergonomics implementation, it can be introduced 3 (three) models. Model 1 : model begins by making micro-ergonomics improvements and then macro-ergonomics approach after that. Model 2: macro-ergonomics and micro-ergonomics are simultaneously in a program. Model 3: macro-ergonomics approach is applied first, and then followed by micro-ergonomics approach. Each model has advantages and disadvantages in implementation process to industry.
