Every human has a social need, therefore they communicate each other. Human communicates through words, gestures, and prosody (intonations). These three forms of communications develop in different time. Infants use voices with various tones and intonations to show their intentions and react to their environments. In the next stage, infants use gestures to communicate their needs and wants.
