His result of this research shows that the impact of exchange rate fluctuation to macro variable Is relatively weak at period three the economic crisis, whereas the SBI rate has more influence to macro variable than exchange rate after crisis Impulse Response Function indicates that SBI rate needs longer time to reads the equilibrium, when a shock is imposed in exchange rate. Whereas money supply (M2) tends to move around equilibrium before and after crisis, and even at the overall observation period Results from the long run or short run equlibrium show that equilibrium between exchange rate and macro variable happens in the short run, but not in the long run.
