This research aimed to analyse effectiveness trend, local government tax growth rate, and elasticity and also local government tax contribution trend toward Regional Pure Income of Sleman Regency from 1995 to 2004. This research was ex post facto and case study. The technique of data collecting used arsipal method, that was collecting data from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPA) file.
