This paper explains the designing and implementation of e-card online with multimedia based. Multimedia is an integration of audio, video, text, animation, and graphics in one digital environment. This system used database to save information that is needed, such as the user information, e-card information, and other important information. Users not only can design the e-card, they also can upload some files that could be used in designing an e-card, such as sounds, pictures, and videos. The soft ware used in implementing this system were Macromedia Flash MX and PH? to connect with MySQL database.
