Isi artikelFour important factors considered in the analysis of determining the length of components processing are the geometrical tolerance quality (IT), motor speed (n-rpm), freding rate (s). and the operator. All factors are considered as an important variable in determining the quality of the components, which processed by conventional machine. In this research, some effects of giving geometrical tolerance as a function of processing time are studied by using Response Surfaces Methodology (RSM) to be able to set the optimal condition. The fourfactors in this research give a signifi cant effect to the processing time of handle. The optimal processing time conditions (theoritically) are 18,24 minutes and the optimal conditions by experimentally are 18,23 minutes by second operator at IT II, n = 670 rpm, s = 0,047 mm/put (feeding).
