Prolonged economic crisis followed by disasters in many regions of Indonesia led to decreased people welfare due to weaken income. The weak exchange power caused people purchasing power to decrease. It was so difficult for people, even the middle economic level to meet their primary needs such as clothing, food, and they had to ignore secondary needs such as recreation, health and education.
