An effort to increase the quality of hospital services should be accompanied with the effort to increase the quality of health services which should be done by the management, doctors, and nurses. The study objective is to determine patient perception on health personnel services in ambulatory care after the La Prima training. Beside that, determining relationship between social demographic correlation with the patient perception on health personnel services in ambulatory care after the La Prima training was not significant. Trained health personnel were very useful to support health service program, but it still needs to be observed as a factor influencing the improvement of health services.
