Isi artikelBasic procedure in resource allocation is a work scheduling method by balancing requirement of resource with available resource. There are some methods that can be used to resotve this problem. This article investigates the strength and weakness of senes and parallel methods. Both used in a fixed condition will delay a project, because allocation of activities having the same starting time is carried out based on priority. By increasing resources, time delay can be decreased. In the senes method the job is carried out in series. It must be finished before the start of the second job however, in the parallel method all jobs can be started at the same time. Thus the parallel method Needs a higher degree of precision and bettermethod of analysis compared toth series method.
