The study assessed Mefenamic acid capsules in Pramuka market whether it conformed to criteria in Farmacope Indonesia. This was in line with findings of RI Drug and Food Agency that state 15 trademaks of this drug were forged, and considering that there are 18,000 false drugs in the marketplace. The study began bestablishing the standard curve to calibate Mefenamic acid. The sample was taken using complete random technique from 6 drug stores in the market. The sample assessed was 6 times for each sample. The test showed that all samples were in line with criteria in Farmacope Indonesia edition IV. The concentration of Mefenamic acid were for capsule A 101.33%, B 10.06%, C 9.7%, D 94.87%, E 107.24% and capsule F 109.66%.
