Initiatives of the Tangerang regional government in organic waste management at the final garbage disposal in Rawa Kucing needs support specifically from the public work service in line with regional regulation of Tangerang city number 7 year 2001. Municipal waste of Tangerang city has reached 2.861 m3 daily. Capacity of garbage transport to the final garbage disposal (FGD) is only 5%. The availability of garbage processing facility capacity of 10 m3 daily will decrease garbage not able to be sent to FGD. Aspects of institution, techniques, cost and marketing presently are man issues in organic waste management so that obstacles will be minimized and optimal results with organic waste disposal capacity will be increase each year.
