The development of science an technology demands everyone to follow trough technological equipment, such as computer, television and parabola, etc. The advanced technological equipment will give negative effects to the children development, if they are not give positive attention from their parents or the suurroundings. Because the children are not mature yet, they will easely misunderstand without being guided. The parent aspecially mothers have a very clese relationship with the children in their development in case of negative effects from the development of science. Because of the above reason, a mother has a great influence in making the children mature. That is why the existence of a mother is meaningful for the children development in reaching to be an adult.
