It's began from Indonesian history which is shown that there are a lot of change and human development in government, economic, industry and education. The experts, from government or society think and act to improve knowledge from various competitives fields to apply the theory and progressive of the various field need a suitable situation and condition according to the Indonesian society's consiteration and the way of life of Indonesia people. It's the most important thinks due to the management application of the various fields which is facing the development contry. Management has an idea to achieve a certain object effectivelly and efficiently, where there is an organization inside to manage people and the materials. Thus, the reality of management is human coordination and functions, where the management as the leader has a task to manage the organization and the activities to achieve the organization's object. In management application with manager and the appearence of the leadership in Indonesia, we take the idea based on the Indonesia philosophy and principle. Thus the management in Indonesian is still in connection of Pancasila.
